Richard has returned to his roots: consulting with wineries to help them learn how to make wine or to improve their wine quality. Tamanend Wine Inc. is a wine consulting and services company with consulting clients located primarily in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, and Virginia. Tamanend Wine Consulting, which comprises the majority of the business, operates a wine laboratory for the analysis and review of wines for all wineries and cideries. Tamanend Wine Services, provides wine production services for crossflow filtration and cold biological control of microorganisms in wine and other beverages using Velcorin. These services are offered on the winery site throughout the Eastern U.S. Other services such as Reverse Osmosis are under development.
